1) ASA softball rules will apply to all tournaments

2) 2 EP's are allowed(with free defensive substitutions only)

3) Courtesy runner for pitcher (Last completed at bat)

4) Courtesy runner for catcher (Last completed at bat)

5) Teams must be registered with ASA

6) Individual player registration not required

7) Teams must provide Team Insurance Certificate

8) Individual player insurance not required
